Miss Anchorage, Jessica Chuckran has become an educational inspiration for the kids in our community!
Jessica talked to the second graders of Lake Otis Elementary about the importance of education at their ages, and excited them with her Graphic Design portfolio to show what studying has enabled her to do in college.
Jessica also had the opportunity to co-MC a literacy event at Kincaid elementary with James Sears, the anchorman for Channel 13, in a production that was featured on the evening news.
